She jumped and ended up rolling in her own poo this morning as Danny was trying to pick it up.

So today she’s had her first bath, I’m not sure that she enjoyed it but she stank and it was necessary.

I would go here on a regular basis if I lived anywhere near New Quay!

It’s now a month later and I still think about this place. The food was delicious and the view was incredible! I could have sat there all day watching the dolphins and drinking wine while watching the sunset.

This place was surprisingly good.

I don’t think I have ever explored an Iron Age village before so thought it would be interesting to visit. It was set on top of a hill with some beautiful surrounding woodland and there was a very clear view of the hills around it.

You could explore all the little huts and in one there were people answer questions about what life would have been like in the village and that era. It was so much better than just reading a few plaques as you could ask them anything and they generally had some very good detailed answers.

There was a little herb garden and some farm animals on the outskirts of the huts and a nice stroll by a stream with sculptures made from branches on the way up.
